Personal data collected will be used by Cosmetica Italia – the personal care association, the Italian association of cosmetics industries, – Data Controller – in full compliance with the fundamental principles laid down in the European Union data protection regulation.
Data provided by you will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- For purposes strictly connected to the provision of services offered, and in particular for statistical and control purposes in relation to the performance of “Motore Export”;
- If you give your consent, to receive – by post, telephone or e-mail – communications concerning events, fairs, meetings with Italian cosmetic firms interested in exporting, as well as other informational material by Cosmetica Italia (newsletters, invitations, etc.). The consent required below is optional and does not affect the use of services offered.
Information about you may be used by the staff of International Relations and Marketing and Communication departments of Cosmetica Italia for fulfillment of operations connected to aforesaid purposes. No personal data will be either communicated or disseminated to third parties.
At any time, you may contact the Data Processor, i.e. the Managing Director of Cosmetica Italia, by sending an email to privacy@cosmeticaitalia.it, to exercise your rights as per the above mentioned data protection regulation, in particular to access the personal data we hold, request that such data be supplemented, amended or erased, or object to their processing.
